How Alldle works
Alldle is a directory of daily games. People come to choose what they play today, then press Play. You keep your game, your site, your ads and your own analytics. Alldle brings the players and shows you who they are.
Your game gets a page
Section titled “Your game gets a page”Once approved, a game has its own page at alldle.net/game/your-game. It shows the name, description, rules, category, languages and thumbnail. That page is what people find on Google and inside Alldle.
Players reach it from:
- Google and other search engines
- the home page, including top games, new games and community partners
- category pages and “games like” pages
- Alldle’s search and discovery queue
- their daily ritual and the reminders that come with it
- a suggestion for the next game after they finish one
What happens when someone presses Play
Section titled “What happens when someone presses Play”Your page loads, either way. Which way depends on your site:
| Your site | What the player sees | Counted as |
|---|---|---|
| Allows framing | Your game inside Alldle’s page | A play |
| Refuses framing | Your game in a new tab | A play sent to your site |
Your ads and analytics run as usual in both cases, because it is your page. To control which one you get, see Allow embedding.
Players come back
Section titled “Players come back”A player can add your game to their daily ritual: the short list of games they play each day. They can get a reminder at the hour they choose, and keep a streak going. See Daily ritual and streaks.
What you see
Section titled “What you see”You need nothing on your side to get these:
- Audience: visitors, plays, countries, sources, devices, the hour people show up, and who comes back.
- A Monday email with your week, and a note when a game passes a play milestone.
With two lines of code, the SDK adds what only your game knows: win rate, guesses, time per round and how hard each puzzle was.
What it costs
Section titled “What it costs”Nothing. Listing, the dashboard and the SDK are free, and Alldle takes no commission on anything. Creator payouts are planned, see What is coming.
