Studios and teams

A studio is who makes games: a studio, a publication, a site with several games, or a solo developer. It gives your games a public page and lets a team manage them.

  • A public page at alldle.net/studio/your-studio, titled “Games by Your Studio”, listing your approved games. A studio with no approved game has no page.
  • A place in the studios list at alldle.net/studios, once you have at least two games.
  • Your name on each game’s page, with a link to your studio.
  • A team that can manage every game together.
  1. Open Studio in the dashboard and create it. You become its owner. A name already on Alldle is refused, so nobody can take a name that belongs to someone else.

  2. Add your website, a description and a logo.

  3. Add your games. Any member can add a game they own.

Alldle has already grouped many games under the studios that make them. These studios have no members yet. You cannot claim one yourself: write to us, and once we have checked it really is you, we add you as its first owner.

Owners invite colleagues by email. The address gets an invitation, and a notification too if it already has an account. The person accepts from the dashboard, with the account that has that verified address, so a forwarded email lets nobody else in.

Action Owner Member

Take any game out of the studio Yes Yes
Edit the studio’s website, description and logo Yes No
Invite people, change roles and remove members Yes No

The last owner cannot leave or be demoted, so a studio always has one.

An edit to a live game still waits for review, whoever makes it.

An assistant sees your own games and those of your studios, and can do for them what you can do as a member. Creating a studio and managing its team are done from the dashboard.
