Game statuses

  1. Draft

Saved. Only you and your studio can see it. Verifying the domain moves it on.

  2. In review

In the queue. A reviewer checks the game and its listing.

  3. Live

Public, with its own page. Later edits are reviewed while it stays up.

Changes needed. From review, a game can be sent back with a note. Fix it and resubmit, up to twice.

A game goes from draft to in review to live. From in review it can be sent back as changes needed, then resubmitted.

A game can be live with an update waiting. It keeps its status, and the dashboard marks it as having an update in review:

  • The public page shows the old values until the update is approved.
  • changesInReview is true, and pendingChanges lists what is queued.
  • Filtering by pending in list_my_games finds it too.
