Troubleshooting
It will not connect
Section titled “It will not connect”The browser did not open. Some apps only sign in when you ask them to. In Claude Code, type /mcp, choose alldle and sign in. In other apps, look for the server in the MCP settings, where there is usually a sign-in or authenticate button.
The address was rejected. Check it is exactly https://api.alldle.net/mcp, over HTTP transport. Some apps also offer an older transport called SSE, which this server does not use.
It connected, but your assistant says it has no Alldle tools. Start a new conversation, since many apps load their tools when a conversation begins. Check too that the connector is turned on for this conversation.
You are on a Team or Enterprise plan of Claude. An owner has to add the connector from Organization settings.

It connected, but cannot do something
Section titled “It connected, but cannot do something”“It says it does not have permission”, or writing tools are missing. You may have turned off games:write or stats:read when you approved it. Disconnect the app and connect it again, leaving that permission on.
It stopped working after you changed your password. Resetting a password disconnects every app. Connect it again.
It asks you to sign in again and again. Access lasts 15 minutes unless the app asked to stay connected. Disconnect it and connect it again, and check your app’s own settings.
You cannot approve it, or it says the account has no confirmed email. Confirm your email address first. Your assistant cannot use your account until you do.
It cannot find your game. It sees the games you own or manage through a studio. A game added from another account will not appear.
Error messages

Images

Images must be PNG, JPEG, GIF or WebP at a public address. A private link or a page that only shows the image will be refused. Otherwise, upload the file on the game’s Edit page.

Numbers that look wrong
Section titled “Numbers that look wrong”visitors is 0 in get_realtime, yet a country is listed. visitors covers the last 5 minutes. The countries and games cover the last 30.
get_results is empty. The game has not reported through the SDK, or not in this period. Check everReported, and try period: "all".
connected is true, but no rounds are coming in. connected means the game has reported at some point. Read lastSeenAt and roundsLastWeek, then see The game has gone quiet.
The comparison with the previous period is empty. The previous period reaches back before data existed for this game, so a comparison would mislead.
The numbers differ from your own analytics. Alldle counts what happens on your Alldle page, and leaves out bots and your own signed-in visits. See how people are counted.
